Michael O'Callaghan

Co-founder & Director

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science, First Class Honors Degree in Environmental Science and Technology and postgraduate diplomas in Project Management and Financial Management. Over 12 years’ experience in indigenous food, by-products and the waste industry. Specialization in waste to energy systems and renewable technology. Environmental management skills gained in-house in both environmental and process management roles and as an external environmental consultant.

Paddy McBride

Co-founder & Director

Paddy holds several professional qualifications in Business & Marketing. Paddy has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles in the agri-business and subsequently the waste management sector. Since 2001 Paddy has worked in the Waste Management Industry with some of the sectors leading companies and later in self-started businesses. Over the last 10 years, Paddy has been developing waste management and segregation systems for multinational companies throughout Ireland and the UK.

Agnieszka Makas

Group Materials Trading & Compliance Manager

ROC’s Compliance and Export Manager has a Masters Degree qualification along with 8 year’s experience in the waste management sector. In addition to being responsible for secondary commodity sales, Agnieszka upkeeps the legal and ethical integrity of Agnail Limited by ensuring all activities of the business comply with the rules and regulations the company upholds
